1. Cookies to ensure faster upload times:
We set a cookie to mark that the user's device used to access our website can display compressed data. Such cookies can help to shorten upload times of webpages. The content of this specific cookie is 'GZIP=1' and it expires after 2 weeks.
2. Cookies to ensure Member access to our website:
In case of access via Member login WeatherOnline sets a cookie in order to
recognize that you may already have given a username and password so that
there is no need to do it for every web page requested. This cookie expires
after 2 weeks. It does contain random letters and numbers representing an
encoded time stamp and a number for internal user identification.
To manage sign-on to the WeatherOnline member service we use an additional cookie. This cookie contains random letters and numbers und expires each time the user exits the browser. b. Cookies by Google Analytics
WeatherOnline uses Google Analytics, a web analytic service provided by
Google, Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics uses “cookies”, which are text
files placed on your computer, to help the website analyze how users use the

WeatherOnline works with third party advertisers to serve ads on our site.
We work with BurstMedia, DoubleClick for Publisher and Think Digital. But
cookies may also come from third party advertisers such as CasaleMedia,
GoogleAdsense, Criteo and ValueClick.
Some of these ads contain cookies that are used to track user behavior. WeatherOnline does not have control or access to the information contained in these cookies. This privacy policy does not cover the use of cookies set by Real Media or any other third party advertisers. WeatherOnline uses on several of our internet pages the Google + 1 button of
the social network Google+, that is run by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre
Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, United States ("Google"). Whenever you
access one of our webpages that shows such a button a connection to a Google
server will be established and the Google+1 button will be displayed via
message to your browser. At the same time the Google server receives
information which of our webpages you have accessed. In case you access
those pages while being logged -in as a member of Google+ Google will also
correlate this information to your personal Google+ user account. When using
the Google+1 button (i.e. by clicking on it or writing a comment) your
browser will directly transmit such information to Google and it will also
be correlated to you account and stored. If you are a Google+ member, but do

our webpages that shows such a plugin a connection to a Facebook server will
be established and the Facebook plugin will be displayed via message to your
