Unsettled weather for most of Europe with heavy showers and rain for most
Wednesday A cool and showery day across much of Spain and Portugal. Most of the showers will be through more northern and western areas where some of the, could be heavy. Less towards the south and east but feeling cool here. Rain for the north and west of France with strong winds, a few showers to the south. There will be further heavy showers and bands of rain pushing east through the Low Countries and into Germany and Poland during the day. Switzerland and Austria may have cloud and some showery rain, but Hungary should be dry. A fair day to come through Italy with sunny spells here, although showers will be affecting the northwest. Low pressure brings strong winds and some outbreaks of rain through Greece, these spreading east through Turkey; windy here too. Further north high pressure brings a fine day to the Baltic States, with showers affecting Finland. Denmark, southern Sweden and southern Norway will be cloudy with some outbreaks of rain or showers at times, but the north should be fair with sunny spells.
 Thursday A cool and unsettled day again over Spain and Portugal with showers spreading south. There will be further heavy showers over France, and some of these could be heavy and prolonged at times. More showers for the Low Countries with a band of rain spreading into Germany. Poland will have more scattered showers. For Hungary and Austria there will be sunny spells and a few showers, but heavier showers over Switzerland. Low pressure brings showers across Italy, some of these very heavy at times. More showers for the west of Greece, but for most of Greece and Turkey the day will be dry but breezy. Showers affecting Bulgaria and Romania. To the north it will be windy through the Baltic States and Denmark as well as southern Sweden and Norway. For Finland and the north of Sweden and Norway the day will be fine and dry with long spells of sunshine.
