Rain then dry across Spain

Today
While chilly, lots of settled weather is expected across Europe. It continues dry with lots of sunshine expected from France into Belgium, The Netherlands, England, Denmark, Germany and Poland. A cloudy day across Portugal and Spain with a number of heavy showers. Mostly sunny and dry across the Czech Republic, Austria, Hungary and Croatia. Northern parts of Italy will be sunny and dry with heavy showers in the south. Rather cloudy across Greece, Slovenia, Bulgaria and Turkey with occasional showers. A fine day across Romania and the Ukraine. Outbreaks of rain are likely across the Baltic States with a risk of heavy snow across Russia and Finland. A dry, sunny day is expected across Norway and Sweden.



Tuesday
An improvement in the weather across Iberia today with both Portugal and Spain to have a dry day with sunny spells and also a bit warmer. Lots of showers, some heavy across Britain and into northern France, Belgium, The Netherlands and western parts of Germany. High pressure continues to give a fine spells of dry, sunny weather from eastern Germany across into Poland, The Baltic States, The Baltic States and across much of the Balkans and the Adriatic Region. Occasional showers to come across parts of Greece and the far south of Italy. Just a few showers too across parts of Turkey but dry in the main. A dry day across northern Italy, Sardinia, Corsica and the Balearics. Rather cold across Norway, Sweden and Finland but dry. Cold and snowy across Russia.
