Across much of central, southern and eastern parts of England it's looking fair and dry today with a cold, frosty start in places. Here expect the best of the sunshine. A few dense freezing fog patches may be found across the south east. More cloud is likely in the north and the west and this may give some bits of rain to parts of south west England, Wales, north west England and Scotland with snow flurries over high ground. By afternoon it's dry across the west country. Expect highs of 3 to 7 Celsius.

Sunday Night
Lots of cloud around this evening and into the night across south west England and Wales with patchy rain dying out by tonight. The remainder of Britain will be dry into the night. With clear skies and light winds, expect a widespread frost overnight along with locally dense patches of freezing fog. Expect minimum temperatures of -2 to 2 Celsius.

Monday
Cold with a frost to start the day. More cloudy across the south of England today with a few spots of patchy, light rain in places. The rest of the country will be dry through the day with some dense fog patches around in the morning but these should lift and clear to sunny spells and the winds pick up. A windy evening and night across the north into Wales as rain spills in across Scotland and Northern Ireland. Cold in the south tonight with a frost. Expect top temperatures of 4 to 9 Celsius.

Tuesday
Milder and windy across northern areas today. Some rain and drizzle to come across Northern Ireland, western Wales and western parts of Scotland. A dry day across the rest of Britain with the best of the sunshine across the Midlands, East Anglia and the south of England. Rain lingers across Scotland and Northern Ireland in the night. Any frost may be restricted to East Anglia, the East Midlands and the south east of England. Look for high temperatures of 5 to 10 Celsius.
