Heavy rain and snow on Sunday in Spain

Saturday
Heavy periods of rain in northern Spain, with a further area of rain and thunderstorms in southern Spain. Portgal will be cool with a few showers. Fair in northeast Spain. Showers will affect northern Italy, some of the, heavy at times. Greece will be dry and chilly, whilst cool conditions affect Turkey too.
France should be dry after a frost and some fog, plenty of sunshine here. Showers in the Low Countries and breezy. Rain in northern Germany, but dry to the south. Poland should be cool and dry. Hungary will have sunshine and should be dry. Switzerland and Austria will have rain or showers.
Windy with some snow and showers in western Norway. Sweden will have rain in the south. Dry in northern Sweden. Breezy and dry for the Baltic States and Finland.

Sunday
Low pressure over the western Med brings heavy rain and snow to eastern Spain, with strong to gale force easterly winds affecting much of Spain and southern France. Windy too for Portugal, but more likely escaping dry here. Heavy rain and thunderstorms for the Balearics.
A scattering of showers for northern France and the Low Countries, also southern Germany and the Alps, but also plenty of dry weather around too. Local showers for Italy and the Balkans. Slack pressure across the east of the continent brings quiet weather with some low cloud and fog.
A ridge of high pressure extends into Scandinavie, with dry weather for the south of Norway and much of Sweden. Fronts bring some rain and snow to northern Norway, whilst a small low produces showers for Finland on a chilly northwesterly wind.
