Scattered showers for southern Italy

Monday
A dry and fine day across Spain and Portugal and the Balearic Islands. Dry too across Sardinia and Corsica. A few scattered showers for Sicily and into the far south of Italy, but largely dry for the rest of mainland Italy. Scattered showers over mainland Greece but mainly dry through Turkey.
Most of the central European countries stay dry and fine, however winds strengthen and thicker cloud and rain pushes into the far northwest of France in the afternoon. A band of patchy rain also pushes southwards over Poland.
A largely dry day across much of Scandinavia, although winds increase across Denmark and southwest Norway, though a milder flow, and thicker cloud pushes in here through the day. A few showery bits and pieces of rain through the Baltic region and southern Finland. Feeling chilly here with a brisk northerly wind.

Tuesday
Dry for Spain, Portugal and the western Mediterranean. A few showers for Sicily and southern Greece. Dry for Italy, the Balkans and Black Sea coasts in Romania and Bulgaria.
A mild southwesterly flow influences France, the Low Countries and Germany. A little rain or drizzle occasionally. Some showery rain for Switzerland, whilst Austria is largely dry. Eastern Europe looks generally dry beneath a ridge of high pressure.
Mild southerly winds for Scandinavia, with rain spreading north across Norway and Sweden. Drier for Finland and the Baltic states.
