Friday
With weak high pressure across much of the country on Friday, many places will be dry with sunny spells yet feeling slightly more fresh than of late. Cloudier skies with some patchy rain though across western Scotland, Ireland and Northern Ireland. Meanwhile, rather lively showers look to push up across southeast England into East Anglia, heavy at times and likely to be thundery. Highs at 15 to 20C.

Friday Night
Thundery, heavy showers across the southeast will gradually push offshore through the night. Much of England, Wales and Scotland will see clear skies and dry conditions, however, further west expect more cloud cover with some patchy, mostly light, rain about. Lows 5 to 12C.

Saturday
Largely dry and fine conditions across southern, central and eastern parts of England during Saturday morning, although showers will develop through the day. Meanwhile, a weakened front in the west will bring cloudier skies and patchy rain further north and west. Ireland does look to see improved conditions from the south later on in the day. Temperatures starting to warm up again in the southeast with highs here reaching up to 23C. Elsewhere, between 16 and 21C.

Sunday
