Monday
With high pressure now centred over England, it will be a fine, dry day to come with good spells of sunshine. A chilly start with any mist patches soon clearing central and southern parts of England. More cloudy and breezy across Northern Ireland and Scotland with some rain and drizzle across northern parts of Scotland. Expect maximum temperatures of 8 to 13 Celsius.


Monday Night
Breezy across northern parts of Britain this evening with a good deal of cloud. Outbreaks of light to moderate rain are expected across Northern Ireland, western Scotland and Wales with the south and east. Overnight the far south of England should stay dry while rain and drizzle affects most other areas. Some heavy bursts to affect western Scotland. Expect minimum temperatures of 4 to 9 Celsius.


Tuesday
A windier day across the northern half of Britain. Here it's expected to stay cloudy and damp with sporadic outbreaks of rain and drizzle. Central and southern parts of England should be dry with the best of the sunshine. Tonight Scotland and Northern Ireland keep a lot of cloud and some patchy, drizzly rain while England and Wales is dry with well broken cloud. Here a frost is likely to develop in the countryside. Temperatures are expected to be above normal with highs of 12 to 13 Celsius.


Wednesday
Another windy day to come across Scotland and northern England. Scotland can expect further outbreaks of light rain with eastern Scotland mainly dry and bright. For England and Wales it will be milder and dry with morning fog patches, clearing the Midlands and the south, to sunny spells. The fog may be locally dense. The evening and night looks dry across Britain with central and southern England mostly clear. With light winds, fog may re-develop and become dense by morning Expect highs of 11 to 15 Celsius.
