Monday
A breezy day today, especially across western parts of the country. A front will be making slow, erratic movement eastward. Outbreaks of rain cross Northern Ireland, western Scotland, Wales and south west England will spread into north west England during the morning. This rain will be heavy in the north, lighter across England and Wales. Best of the sunshine will be across the East Midlands, East Anglia and the south east. Still some hazy sunshine to come across Kent in the afternoon otherwise it's a cloudy afternoon. Another pulse of heavier rain spills in across Northern Ireland, south west England, Wales and Scotland. Expect maximum temperatures of 15 to 24 Celsius.


Monday Night
A breezy, cloudy evening to come with spells of moderate to heavy rain across Scotland, northern England, Wales and the Midlands into Dorset as it turns dry across south west England and Northern Ireland. That area of rain sweeps away to the north east overnight with a risk of some heavy showers across the south east of England. Less windy and a mild night with minimum temperatures of 12 to 16 Celsius.


Tuesday
A warm day in the south and generally it's unsettled. While there will be some good spells of sunshine across the country, there will be more cloud developing through the day along with a few widely scattered showers. Many areas may escape with a dry day. Any showers soon fade early this evening with some early sunshine to end the day. A dry, mostly clear night with some mist developing by morning. Expect highs of 17 to 24 Celsius.


Wednesday
A fine morning to come with early mistiness clearing to sunny spells. Cloud thickens in the west during the morning with another front expected to spread outbreaks of rain in across Northern Ireland, western Scotland and Wales in the afternoon. Most fair and dry elsewhere with hazy sunshine. Rain turns heavier affecting Scotland, north west England, Wales and the south west of England. As this transfers into central and eastern areas of England it is replaced by showers in the west. Expect highs of 18 to 23 Celsius.
