Bright skies at first through central and eastern parts of England, sunny spells here. Increasing cloud in western areas with outbreaks of rasin moving into Ireland, with the risk of some drizzle over western coasts of England and Wales. As the morning moves on some showers develop over northern England and Scotland, these turning heavy into the afternoon and becoming thundery too. Rain also turns more persistent in Ireland and the south and west of Wales as well as southwest England. Highs at 17 to 24C.

Sunday Night
Turning wetter through tonight over central and southern England and Wales. Outbreaks of rain passing north and east, some of this turning heavier and perhaps thundery in western and southern areas. Drier in northern England and Scotland with evening showers here fading. Some rain for eastern Ireland, but drier in the west. Lows at a muggy 11 to 14C.
 

Monday
An area of low pressure crossing southern England on Monday. This is going to be bringing periods of thundery rain, most through central and southern England. Locally heavy rain could occur. Showery rain over northern England and eastern Scotland, this turning thundery as it moves west during the afternoon. Tending to turn drier in northeast England later. Some heavy showers developing over Ireland after a bright start. Tending to be drier and brighter in Wales and the far west of Scotland as well as Cornwall. Highs at 18 to 21C.

Tuesday
A ridge of high pressure building from the west on Tuesday. There is the threat of some rain affecting parts of the far southeast during the day. Elsewhere it will be drier with some. Elsewhere it will be a drier day with some reasonable spells of sunshine developing, the best of these in the west. Some scattered showers could developing in the Midlands and Wales, mostly over high ground. Highs at 18 to 23C.
