Dry and warm

Friday
Low pressure clears to the east of the UK on Friday but will still bring cloudy skies and some showers to eastern parts of England and Scotland. Elsewhere, with a ridge of high pressure building to the west expect largely dry and fine conditions here, although showers will develop across Northern Ireland and northern parts of Ireland. These showers should die away through the afternoon with sunshine developing from the west. Highs at 15 to 20C.


Friday Night
High pressure will build over the UK overnight on Friday with any showers fading away to see a largely dry night. Northwestern parts of Scotland, however, will hold on to the cloudier skies with some patchy light rain pushing in later on. A few mist patches may form across more sheltered Welsh valleys early morning. Lows of around 10 to 15C.
 


Saturday
High pressure becomes more established over the UK and Ireland allowing for largely dry, fine and warm conditions. However, there will be cloudier skies for Northern Ireland and Scotland, although some sunny spells are likely to develop at times, with patchy light rain and drizzle possible. Highs at 23C in the south and 17C further north.
 


Sunday
High pressure stays over the UK, albeit more over southern England, on Sunday, bringing another mainly dry, fine and warm day. Although, there will be cloudier skies with outbreaks of rain across northern and western Ireland, Northern Ireland and northern and western Scotland. Highs at a warm 26C in southeast England, widely 22 to 25C, 17C in the cloudier parts of Scotland.
