Saturday
Sunny spells to start the day in central and eastern parts of the country. Lower coud and drizzle over western coasts and hills. Little change into the afternoon with low cloud and drizzle turning to more persistent rain in Ireland, some of it heavy later. Cloud increases in the east as well but there will still be a few bright spells. Mostly dry in the south and warm in the southeast. Highs at 21C in southeast England, 15C in Ireland.


Saturday Night
An area of strong winds and heavy rain passing through Ireland and then into Scotland, England and Wales overnight. Drier weather to the south and east. Rain clears to showers in Scotland and Ireland, although there will be some heavy showers affecting western Scotland and Ireland. Lows at 9 to 12C.
 


Sunday
Low pressure to the north of Scotland on Sunday. A weakening cold front affects central and southern areas giving a few outbreaks of showery rain. Sunny spells and dry weather to the north, heavy showers though in western Scotland and Northern Ireland. Drier towards the south with the best sunshine here. Highs at a cool 12C in central Scotland, 23C in southeast England.
 


Monday
A ridge of high pressure persists bringing a warm day across much of England, Wales and southern Scotland. Sunny spels, the best of them in the east. Tending to be cloudier to the west with some periods of drizzle and rain here. Western coasts and hills of Wales and England will have low cloud and some mist or fog too. Highs at 26C in the southeast, 19C over western coasts and hills.
