UK Forecast - April 01, 2021
Mostly settled
Sunny spells

Good Friday
High pressure remains the dominant feature through Friday and it should be a mostly dry and fine day with plenty of sunshine about. However, it will be a cloudier, possibly damp, start across northern Scotland before cloud thins here and the sun comes out. Some cloud could also affect eastern coasts through the day although this is going to be breaking. Chillier too in the east compared to western areas. Highs at 8 to 14C.

Friday Night
A largely dry night with variable cloud cover, although there is the small risk of one or two light showers pushing on to easternmost areas of England. Some regions places touching zero with some frosty patches possible but most places will see lows between 1 and 3C.

Saturday
High pressure brings largely settled and dry conditions with plenty of sunshine about again through Saturday. A chilly start for all but temperatures should climb to reasonably spring like values through the day in the north and west. Highs at 16 or 17C in Scotland and 11 or 12C across southern England.

Easter Sunday
A fair day for many parts of central and southern England and Wales on Easter Sunday though cloud will tend to increase after morning sunshine. A band of cloud and rain will pass south through Scotland, turning wintry over the hills and to the far north, reaching the northern half of Ireland in the afternoon. Increasingly breezy, especially in the north. Highs at 5C in northern Scotland, 17C in southern England.
