Wednesday
Plenty of sunshine through Wednesday, the best of this is Ireland, Wales and the west and south of England. Some cloud drifts into eastern parts of England, with a very low chance of a light shower here. Thicker cloud brings some patchy rain and drizzle to the northwest of Scotland. Southern areas of Scotland should be dry, the best of the sunshine to the southwest. Highs at 24C in southern England, 13C in northwest Scotland.


Wednesday Night
Clear skies over southern Ireland, southern Wales and the south of England tonight. Increasing cloud moves into Northern Ireland and northern England. That cloud thickens in central and northern Scotland where the wind will be increasing and there will be outbreaks of light rain. Lows at 9 to 12C.
 


Thursday
High pressure is going to be centred to the west of Ireland on Thursday. Weak fronts affect northern Ireland. These fronts will be bringing some outbreaks of rain in northern and western Scotland, some of this heavy over western slopes. Eastern and southeast Scotland should be dry and cloudy. Ireland, England and Wales will have a dry day with increasing cloud in the north. The best sunshine in the south of Ireland, southern Wales and southern England. Breezy in northern Scotland. Highs at 23C in southern England, 14C in northern Scotland.


Friday
High pressure remains to the west of Ireland on Friday. Weak fronts in Scotland and eastern parts of England bring cloud here. There will be some spots of rain and drizzle in northern Scotland, a few showers in eastern England. Drier with some bright or sunny spells over southern Wales, southwest England and southern Scotland. Highs at 14 to 22C.
