Friday
High pressure remains in control on Friday. For most this will bring lots of very warm sunshine and dry weather throughout the day. Parts of north and west Scotland, however, are likely to see more low cloud cover and possible drizzle and mist at times. Highs at 17C in the cloudier far northwest, widely 23 to 28C.

 


Friday night
A dry night with lengthy clear spells for most. There will be more cloud about across northern and western Scotland bringing the odd spot of light rain/drizzle here. Variable cloud cover across Northern Ireland too. Lows at 12 to 16C.

 
 
 


Saturday
High pressure remains affecting the British Isles on Saturday. Once again this is going to bring a fine day with lots of very warm sunshine to almost all areas. Sea breezes developing around the coasts. More cloud with some light rain/drizzle, however, in the west of Scotland as well as across the north including the Northern Isles. Highs at 17C in northwest Scotland, 23 to 29C elsewhere.


Sunday
High pressure remains in charge for most of the country bringing another day of largely dry and fine weather, however, fronts pass across northern into central area sof Scotland. This is going to be bring thicker cloud to these areas and some rain into the north of Scotland, Shetland and Orkney possibly extending down into central and southern areas of Scotland later in the day. One or two showers may even affect northeast England later on. Highs at 16C in the far north of Scotland, 22 to 29C elsewhere.
