Sunday
An area of rain passing eastwards through southern parts of England and the far south of Wales on Sunday, though clearing Wales quickly in the morning. The rain may be heavy at times in the far south. Brighter for other areas with the best of the sunshine further north. Some scattered showers in northern and western Scotland, but drier elsewhere. Cloudy for a time before brightening up across much of Wales, the Midlands and East Anglia. Highs at 14 to 18C.


Sunday Night
Overnight, it will be largely dry with clear spells, though cloud thickens across the west with some rain moving in to far western regions of Ireland and Northern Ireland and some later with patchy light rain and drizzle through west Scotland. Lows at 7 to 11C.

 
 
 


Monday
A ridge of high pressure over England and Wales on Monday. This brings some morning mist and fog patches early on. These clear to leave a dry and bright day with some decent spells of sunshine in the east and south. Cloudier further north and west with rain affecting the west of Ireland, Northern Ireland and Scotland, some of this rain becoming heavy in the west here as the winds increase to gale force. Highs at 18C in the sunshine in the south, 12C in western Scotland, 17C in Ireland.


Tuesday
Cloud and rain in Scotland and northwest England, windy here too. Much of the rain clearing Ireland. Some patchy rain and showers reaches the west of Wales and western England. Other areas are probably going to be stying dry and breezy, some sunshine in the east and feeling pleasantly warm in that sun. Highs at 20C in eastern England, 15C in western Scotland.
