Monday
Another windy day on Monday, particularly so across England and Wales and southern parts of Ireland. A cold front will clear southeastern parts of England through the morning with blustery showers and sunny spells developing behind. Rain will affect southern and central Scotland, northern England as well as Northern Ireland and northern parts of Ireland through the morning before turning more showery later. Showers pepping up across northern parts of Scotland through the day too. Mild for much of the day across southern and southeastern areas but cooler air moves across the country and by the end of the day and max temperatures will be around 7 to 15C.

Monday night
It will continue to be breezy overnight with showers mainly affecting western areas but reaching across to eastern parts at times too. Longer spells of rain could move into southwestern parts of England later on in the night with the rain spreading eastwards across southern England towards dawn. A chilly night across central Scotland but milder elsewhere. Lows around 2 to 8C.

Tuesday
A breezy day again on Tuesday but winds will slowly ease across the country. Sunny spells and showers are the theme for the day with showers mainly affecting western areas. Cloudier conditions moving into Ireland and Northern Ireland later with rain expected for a time before clearing to the south by the evening. A cooler day for all with high temperatures ranging from 7 to 11C.

Wednesday
High pressure builds from the west across the UK and Ireland on Wednesday. A weak front passes from north to south across the country bringing cloudy skies and the slight chance of light, patchy rain as it passes through. Drier and brighter conditions before the front and behind for many. A front may sweep across the far north of Scotland later on in the day and into the evening bringing more prolonged outbreaks of rain here. High temperatures at a cool 7 to 10C.
