Changeable, often stormy north and central dry and sunny south

Wednesday
Cloudy through Scandanavia, the Baltic through to central north of the Alps. Outbreaks of snow for Norway, Sweeden to the Baltic coasts of Finland, Estonia and Poland temperatures well below 0C for most to +1C aways from windward coasts with sunshine more likely. Changeable for France though Belgium, Netherlands and northern Germany with a mix of outbreaks of rain and scattered showers along with sunny spells, temperatures 3C to 5C, blustery with gales along North Sea coasts with a strong west to northwest wind. Crentral and southern France through to Spain and Portugal manly dry and generaly fine with spells of sunshine temperatures 8C to 12C. For all Alpine locations staying cold with temperatures generally below 0C, sunny generally though scattered snow showers through Autria, Switzerland and Hungary eastwards to Romania. Dry and mainly sunny for Italy through to Turkey and Greece though with scattered daytime showers temperatures 8C to 12C.

Remaining cloudy and changeable for all of northern, central, western to eastern countries with prolonged periods of snow for southern Sweden to Norway, Denmark with blizzards along windward Baltic Sea, North Sea coasts and around perimeter of Gulf of Bothnia, persisting for much of the day, high windchill with temperatures near and below 0C and a strong west to northwest wind. For central areas through Germany, Poland, Czech, across Switzerland to Austria and Hungary a cloudy and dull day with prolonged rain persisting for much of the day Generally dry for France to Spain and Portugal through to Italy to Greece and Turkey dry for the most part with sunny spells, though scattered coastal showers for Greece, temperatures 8C to 15C.
