Wet and windy to the west but drier to the east
A wet day in Spain as fronts pass eastwards. The rain will be heavy at times in central and eastern areas. Drier in Portugal with some bright spells coming through here. Italy has some showers to the north but the south should be dry and warm again. Staying fine through Greece and Turkey with more sunshine to come.
Rain affects the west of France but the east should be dry. Breezy but dry for the Low Countries and Germany. Cloudier with a few spots of rain in Poland and Hungary. Austria and Switzerland will be cloudy with some rain at times.
Drier and milder weather for Denmark. Staying mostly dry in the Baltic States and generally dry for Finland too. Mild here. Dry in Sweden with some sunny spells to the south and remaining mild. The mild air persists across Norway with cloud and rain to the west but drier to the east.
Low pressure brings heavy rain and gales to the northern half of Spain and Portugal. Drier to the south with some brighter spells here and lighter winds too. Some showers in Italy, mostly in the west. Further showers in western Greece, but dry to the east. Turkey should be dry with some sunny spells, just a low risk of a shower in the west.
Wind and rain in western France, this rain heavy at times. Gales affecting northern France too and these will be arriving in the Low Countries together with rain later. Germany is likely to have broken cloud, although a few showers in the far south. Cloud and some rain in western Poland, although dry to the east. Hungary and Austria as well as Switzerland will have cloud and some outbreaks of rain.
Cloud and rain in southern Norway as well as through Denmark. Dry in the baltic States and across Finland too. Central and northern parts of Sweden will be dry, a few showery bursts of rain on the western coasts of Norway.
