Wednesday
Some more low cloud affecting eastern coasts of Scotland and England at times on Wednesday. For most the day is going to be dry with good spells of sunshine to start the day. Some cloud will be affecting southern parts of England and Wales. Little change into the afternoon with further broken cloud in southern England and Wales, the chance of a shower on hills here. There could be an isolated shower over the Pennines and Scottish mountains too, but for most it is dry and sunny. Highs at 21 to 25C although cooler on eastern coasts in the east wind.

Wednesday Night
Plenty of clear skies overnight with any of those isolated showers fading. It is going to be dry for most places, although a weak front brushing close to the far north of Scotland may bring a little drizzle here. Lows at 8 to 13C.

 
 
 

Thursday
A cold front slipping southeast through Ireland and Ireland on Thursday. The front brings cloud but very little rain with it, although it may allow for a scattering of showers to be triggered over the Pennines and parts of central and southern Ireland this afternoon. England and Wales as well as much of southern Ireland start the day dry, sunny and warm. There will be some cloud bubbling up through the morning and this triggers some showers, the focus for these in central, southern and southeast England. The showers could be thundery and locally heavy. Turning colder behind the cold front with tops of 17C in northern Scotland but more widely 23 to 28C.

Friday
A slack pressure flow affects the UK and Ireland on Friday. There will be sunny spells for most areas and it should be dry. Sea breezes developing in the afternoon with further spells of sunshine. Isolated showers form in the afternoon over hills of Ireland, Wales and eastern England. Highs at 22 to 29C.
