Monday
Low pressure is to the northeast on Monday with a ridge of high pressure building into Ireland. A day of sunshine and showers for many, the showers heaviest in the north and northwest. Much of England and Wales, away from northwest England, will be dry and bright with just the slight chance of a light, isolated shower, especially in the northeast. Breezy to the north. High temperatures at 13 or 14C in northern Scotland, 19 to 20C in southern England.


Monday Night
Showers easing for most overnight from Monday into Tuesday though northwestern parts of Scotland could see the odd light spot of rain. Cloudier skies to the north and northwest, clearer skies to the south. Overnight lows widely at 6 to 11C.

 
 
 


Tuesday
Higher pressure builds through the UK and Ireland on Tuesday. This is going to give a dry day with good spells of sunshine for most. A low risk of some cloud and a few spots of rain in the far north of Scotland. Just the odd isolated shower elsewhere. High temperatures at 14C in northern Scotland, 22C in southern England, more widely at 16 to 19C.
 


Wednesday
Higher pressure over the UK and Ireland with lower pressure to the north of Scotland. Isolated showers are possible for northern coasts of Scotland and Ireland with longer outbreaks of showery rain for the Northern Isles. Staying mostly dry elsewhere with good sunny spells. High temperatures at 16C in northern Scotland, 23C in southern England.
