Saturday
A slack area of low pressure across southern England on Saturday. This is going to be bringing cloud and patchy light rain and drizzle across the Borders into northern England as well as into parts of east Ireland and southwest Wales. Cloud across much of Scotland generally but largely dry. Sunny spells elsewhere and mainly dry conditions, although the risk of one or two showers developing across central and southwestern areas of England later. Highs at 19 to 22C across central and southeast England, 15 to 19C for most other areas.

Saturday Night
A few showers may continue across central and northern England into Wales as well as south Ireland in the evening. These should soon fizzle out. A largely dry night ahead with clear spells further west, however, rain will affect far southern counties of England including southwest England. Lows at 7 to 13C.
 

Sunday
A ridge of high pressure affects most of Ireland and the northern half of the UK on Sunday. Fair conditions here with sunny spells although the far north of Scotland looks to see some rain as a front pushes in here. Meanwhile, low pressure over the near continent will bring cloud to much of central and southern England and Wales with rain affecting south Wales and southern English counties. Some showers possible further north and across southern parts of Ireland. Highs at 17 to 23C.

Monday
Low pressure over Biscay on Monday brings longer spells of rain for southern England and much of Wales, heavy and persistent rainfall for some. Meanwhile, high pressure west of Ireland ridges in across Ireland, Northern Ireland, northern England and Scotland bringing largely dry conditions here, although there is the risk of some showers developing across eastern parts of Scotland and northern England later on. Highs in the north and west at 19 to 23C, further south between 15 and 19C.
