Saturday Low pressure is north of Scotland again on Saturday. Rain for all overnight and breezy too. These should clear eastern coasts on Saturday morning to be followed by a mix of sunshine and showers. The showers will be heaviest in the west with a risk of hail and thunder. The showers could turn wintry over hills too. Highs at 6 to 8C for most, 9 or 10C in the southeast of England.
Saturday Night Overnight we see blustery showers becoming confined to northwestern parts of the UK while most other areas see a dry night with variable amounts of cloud. Staying breezy overnight with the best of any clearer skies to the east. Overnight lows at 1 to 4C for most, cooler over parts of Scotland.
Sunday A weak ridge of high pressure may briefly build on Sunday. This should bring a briefly more settled spell of weather to start the day with sunny spells and a few showers. Showers mostly to the north and west. Thicker cloud and further rain arriving in Ireland and southern Scotland as well as Wales and western England later. Highs around 5 to 11C, mildest over western Ireland.
Monday Rain overnight will be clearing southeast through Monday morning. The flow then turns more northwesterly bringing a mix of sunshine and showers, most over northern and western coasts and hills. A few of the showers could be heavy. High temperatures at 6C in northern Scotland, more widely 8 to 13C.
