Saturday
A colder and breezier day ahead for many. There will be sunny spells, the best of them to the west. More cloud than recent days, especially in eastern and northern areas. Some showers could affect eastern England and northeast Scotland. This afternoon may see the cloud increase in eastern parts, but the west is likely to be better with dry weather and sunny spells. An isolated shower over eastern coasts. Highs at 5C in northern and eastern Scotland, 12C in southern England, but feeling much colder in the wind.


Saturday Night
A chill night in the strong northeast wind across most of England and Wales. Thicker cloud over eastern coasts, but clearer skies inland and through western parts of the UK. Ireland should be dry with clear skies, and skies remain clear in western Scotland too. A frost in the west with lows of 0 to -2C, holding closer to 2C on eastern coasts
 


Sunday
High pressure west of Scotland on Sunday. Another cold day with some cloud around northern and eastern coasts. A few spots of rain here too. Scattered showers over parts of the East Midlands and East Anglia. Best of the sunshine will always be through more western areas with sunny spells here. Tops around 5C in eastern areas, 7C in the west. A significant wind-chill affecting all areas.


Monday
Scattered showers into the east on Monday, blowing in on the north to northeast wind and making it feel cold. Most of the showers over East Anglia and southeast England. Drier in the west with sunny spells. Ireland will also have plenty of sunshine and it will be staying sunny here as well. Highs near 7 to 9C for most but 12C in Ireland.
