High pressure is going to be a fine morning. Lots of sunshine, although perhaps chilly early on. There could be some cloud in northern and eastern Scotland, although this is going to be breaking. Further cloud in northern Scotland this afternoon. few spots of rain over the hills here. For the rest of the country it is going to be dry and the day will be staying sunny. A breeze in the south making it feel cooler here. Highs at 13 to 16C.


Thursday Night
Clear skies overnight for most of the country. A few mist patches by morning in more sheltered areas. Cloud in central and northern Scotland, an odd spot of rain around northern coasts. Under the clear skies a frost is likely. Lows near 0 to 4C.

 
 
 


Friday
High pressure dominates again through Friday. It is going to be a dry day with lots of sunshine in the morning, although some cloud will be bubbling up through the afternoon. Cloud increases in Ireland in the afternoon too. A scattering of showers over northern Scotland, dry elsewhere. Breezy in southern areas. Highs at 14 to 16C.
 


Saturday
The area of high pressure remains affecting the whole of the country through Saturday. Cloud in Ireland, Wales and southern England, although some sunny spells here as well. Best of the sunshine in Scotland. Staying breezy in southern Ireland and southern England, together with the risk of a few spots of rain or drizzle in southern Ireland. Highs at 14 to 16C, feeling cold on eastern coasts.
